Hi, I’m Tindara! It’s hard to pin myself down with labels and titles because, like all of us, I’m a mix of many things. I’m a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, artist, writer, healer and devoted food lover. Life has cast me in many roles, and I embrace them all with creativity and love.

Art has always been a constant in my life. As a child, I was happiest drawing, painting, or scribbling poetry in a little notebook. But my love for knowledge pulled me toward a different path at first. I studied sociology and communication sciences, earned my bachelor’s degree at 21, and dove headfirst into the fast-paced world of digital marketing. After four exciting years in an agency, I followed my intuition, quit my job, and embarked on a soul-searching journey through Europe with my beloved dog, Yuma.

That journey led me to Portugal, where I met my husband, Diego. Together, we’re building a home filled with love, creativity, and the happy chaos of raising our three kids.

In 2022, my life took a transformative turn when I discovered ThetaHealing, thanks to the incredible Emily Mallorca. After experiencing the profound impact of her sessions, I began translating her work for others simply because I was so inspired. In 2024, I took the leap and earned my ThetaHealing DNA Basic I certification, starting my own journey of supporting clients.

ThetaHealing has been the missing piece in my personal development and healing journey—helping me tap into the subconscious, release blocks, and connect with my true self. Now, I’m thrilled to blend this practice with my artistic and intuitive nature and all the other valuable tools I gained throughout the last years to guide others toward their own breakthroughs.
